* Capable To Promise (CTP): (1) changed the Max Build calculation to not run negative if inventory is over-allocated. Max Build now is zero if there is an inventory shortage rather than negative. (2) The window now does NOT automatically recalculate when you add items or make other changes. This functionality has been moved to the new REFRESH button. This was done to improve the experience when using the window with a large number of items.
* MRP Alternates: fixed issue that could cause a duplicate record lock on the AltItems temp table and create incorrect alternate consumption.
